Hirad Code started from a simple frustration: we kept seeing websites that were either pretty and slow, or fast and ugly. Almost none were both.
So we built a team that takes both sides seriously — designers who know how their design runs as code, and developers who notice the difference between two pixels. The result is that you no longer have to choose between looking good and performing well.
Since then we've delivered a wide range of projects — from early-stage startup landings to internal company platforms. Each was a different problem, and each taught us something.

If an idea is bad, we'll say so
Our job isn't just to execute. If something you've asked for would hurt your users or your business, we'll tell you why and suggest an alternative. The final call is yours.
